- How much does a room acoustics report cost?
- A room acoustics report from Camber Acoustics costs €700 net for one room, each additional room €300 net. The quote follows the same day.
- How long does a report take?
- A Camber Acoustics report takes under seven days from order to signed report. Three to four weeks is typical in the industry. What makes this possible is a very modern infrastructure. Survey, calculation and documentation run in a system we developed ourselves, not in spreadsheets and text templates. That makes us much faster and more thorough.
- Which standards do you calculate to?
- DIN 18041 for acoustic quality in rooms and ASR A3.7 for noise at workplaces. Reverberation time is calculated per octave band to DIN EN 12354-6; absorbers are selected from tested data to DIN EN ISO 354. The report shows target versus actual per octave band with the tolerance band.
- Do you also work in Austria and Switzerland?
- Yes. In Austria we calculate to ÖNORM B 8115-3, in Switzerland to SIA 181, which refers to DIN 18041 for room acoustics.
- Do you need a site visit?
- Not for the report. The basis is the plans, photos and details you upload with your request. If the documents are not sufficient, we ask specific questions. On-site measurements are available as an additional service, for example for acceptance after installation. They are quoted separately and are not part of the report price.
- Which rooms is this suitable for?
- Daycare centres, schools, offices, meeting rooms, medical practices, restaurants and sports halls, wherever DIN 18041 or ASR A3.7 require proof or an authority asks for it. A single room as much as a building with thirty rooms.
- What is in the report?
- Brief and basis, the proof of target versus actual per octave band with the tolerance band, the treatment and product concept with quantities and placement, implementation notes. Structured for review, prepared and signed by an engineer.
